By purchasing or opening any Box, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Processing Time
Once you win or claim a physical item from a Box, our team will process your order within 3–5 business days after verification of your delivery details.
You will receive a confirmation email when your item is prepared for shipment.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays and may be extended in cases of high demand or supply shortages.
2. Shipping Methods
Mobaobox ships internationally using reliable courier and postal services, including but not limited to DHL, UPS, FedEx, and regional postal partners.
Shipping options and costs depend on the destination country, item weight, and delivery type.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your shipment.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch varies by region:

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties according to local laws.
You, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied by your local authorities.
Mobaobox has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in your parcel being held or returned, for which Mobaobox will not be responsible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details when claiming your item.
Mobaobox will not be liable for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at contact@mobaobox.com before your item is shipped. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:
- Please contact us at contact@mobaobox.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue compensation at our discretion.
Mobaobox is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
8. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or unpaid customs fees will be held for 30 days.
You may request reshipment by paying additional shipping costs.
If no response is received within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited without refund or replacement.
9. Digital Rewards
If your Box contains digital items (e.g., codes, gift cards, or digital vouchers), they will be delivered electronically to your account or email address within 24 hours after confirmation.
Digital rewards are not subject to shipping or customs charges.
10. Force Majeure
Mobaobox shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
